We at IBS Software are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (Policy) details our commitment to protecting the privacy of Users. For the purposes of this Policy; the term, ''App'', shall refer to iPartner Handling apps that are hosted in Google PlayStore, Apple AppStore and on ipartnerhandling.com ; the term 'User' shall mean the individuals authorised by our Customer to download and use the App; the term 'Customer' shall mean the entity which authorizes you to use the App.

Scope

This Policy shall apply to the Personal Information of User who download and use the App.

What are the Personal Information that we collect and process?

For the purposes of this privacy statement, ''Personal Information'' is any data which relates to an individual who may be identified from that data, or from a combination of a set of data.

In general, you may use our App for viewing customer airway bill information and carrying out specific handling activities such as execution of tasks, filling up of check sheets, retrieving shipment / documentation statuses related to customer airway bills. The information that will be available for you on the App would be based on the configurations that the Customer makes on the iPartner Handling application.

We collect the following categories of personal information on behalf of our Customer:

1. Information you provided for creating user profile.
2. Information to be able to communicate with you.
3. Information about your device and your location.

How do we use your information that we collect from you?

We use your Personal Information for providing you access to the App and for providing real-time, relevant information on handling activities to be performed on your side for our Customer. As a policy we try to limit the collection and processing of sensitive Personal Information for this purpose. We may use the analytics information when you use the App to help us improve experience on the App. We may also share anonymous data about your actions on our App with third-party service providers of analytics services. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any Personal Information you submit within the App.

What control do you have on your information that we collect?

To request modification, erasure or a copy of the Personal Information processed for the provision of services under this App, you may please contact the Customer.

How will you know if the Privacy Policy has changed?

IBS would update our Policy as and when needed. We encourage you to periodically visit this page for the latest information on our privacy compliance. In any case, our commitment to protect the privacy of Users will continue to remain.

Data recipients, transfer, and disclosure of Personal Information:

IBS will seek your consent prior to using or sharing Personal Information for any purpose beyond the requirement for which it was originally collected.

We may share your Personal Information within our affiliates, business partners, service vendors, customers, authorized third-party agents, or contractors located in any part of the world for the purposes of data processing, storage, or to provide a requested service or transaction, after ensuring that such entities are contractually bound by data privacy obligations.

When required, IBS may disclose Personal Information to external law enforcement bodies or regulatory authorities, in order to comply with legal obligations.

Privacy Preferences

You may choose not to receive notifications or share live location details. You may do this by turning off the notification and location sharing options in App settings.
